Since I don't have to go to school or work, I rarely wake up in the morning. I don't have a motivation to wake up early, I started to stay awake all night and go to bed around 2 - 3 o'clock in the morning, that makes me kinda....err become a sleepy head and lazy to jump off the bed in the morning... ;(
But I'm 30 yo woman now, I want to change my slacking habit. And I want to change it now! not when I have a child. So, getting all inspired by someones schedule, I decided to make my own personal schedule.... ahahaha...

According to my "personal schedule", I should be awake at 7am in the morning. I actually not sure if I can do it, but I should, ... I have too...
When I show my schedule to my husband, he said : remember you need 7 or 8 hours sleep otherwise you'll get headache during the day,... short temper,...edgy.... oh, my... basically useless!.
Let say I sleep for 8 hours, to be able to wake up at 7am.... I should go to bed at 11pm...?!.... I mean, how to do that if I don't feel sleepy yet?

oh well...., Tomorrow is a vegetables market day, I need to go there before 10am or they finish all the good veggy.... so I need to wake up early anyway. See,,,, I need a motivation, that's why I am printing out my schedule now.
Please wish me luck, I really need a change in my life.... and this is what I can do at the moment while I'm in a good mood..... after 1 week of moody and anger without knowing why... at last I get my period and I'm cooling off.... poor my husband ^^
